Holly Parnell is a British hospitality expert and presenter with over 17 years of experience in the industry. From running high-performing venues across Dubai and the UK to becoming a MasterChef UK 2022 semi-finalist, Holly has built a career on passion, precision, and personality.

In 2024, she led her venue to win Best Pub of the Year and was named Caterer Middle East’s Restaurant Manager of the Year in 2023. Her background spans every layer of hospitality from operations and concept development to guest experience and team leadership making her a trusted voice in the industry.

Trained in acting at one of the UK’s leading drama schools, Holly combines stage presence with real-world expertise. Her warm, relatable presenting style brings authenticity and insight to every project, whether on screen or on stage.
